About the role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Lead to develop and execute our marketing strategy. nRisk.io is a fast-growing platform that helps risk teams manage credit risk with intelligent automation. As a part-time team member, you will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and direct marketing for our SaaS platform serving B2B clients

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine the brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual communication across all channels.

• Own brand marketing activities including content creation, website management, and digital storytelling.

• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across email, social, and advertising channels.

• Design and run account-based marketing campaigns to target and engage key accounts.

• Use marketing automation and CRM tools (such as HubSpot and Clay) to manage workflows, nurture leads, and track engagement.

• Align with product and sales teams to ensure marketing messages support customer needs and conversion goals.

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics including pipeline generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

Profile requirements

• 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing.

• Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot for campaign automation, segmentation, and analytics.

• Familiarity with Clay or similar tools for personalization and outbound data enrichment.

• Strong understanding of brand design principles and digital lead generation.

• Skilled in content creation and execution of direct marketing activities.

• Analytical mindset, entrepreneurial attitude, and ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

• Excellent professional command of English; Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage.

• Willingness to coordinate and manage campaigns in other European markets (particularly Germany), even without fluency.
